Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for store credit

Item Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have been altered.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact Day Blue. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: intimates, swimwear, and earrings. Sale and clearance items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will notify you and give you store credit for exchange or another item.
